This Privacy Policy explains how Claimi ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit claimi.io or submit a request through our site.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit our early access / contact form, we collect the information you provide: full name, work email, company name, phone number (optional), and any message you include. We also automatically collect basic technical information (such as browser type and general usage data) when you visit the site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, evaluate fit for our private beta, and communicate with you about Claimi. We do not use form submissions for automated decision-making with legal effect.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site and process submissions (for example, hosting and form-processing infrastructure), bound by confidentiality obligations, or if required by law.

To protect our form from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you scroll to or use the form, Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser information, and uses them to check that the request comes from a person. 5. Cookies

The site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time. Any strictly necessary technical storage used to operate the site is limited to what is needed for that purpose.

6. Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of business inquiries, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

The Service is intended for business use by law firm professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
