Terms of Use

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Claimi website or platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Claimi may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

Claimi provides software that assists debt collection law firms with post-judgment enforcement work, including debtor and asset research, document preparation, and case tracking. Claimi is a technology provider, not a law firm, and does not practice law.

3. Not Legal Advice; Attorney Supervision Required

Claimi's outputs (including research summaries, draft documents, and workflow recommendations) are tools intended for use by licensed attorneys and their supervised staff. They do not constitute legal advice, are not a substitute for independent professional judgment, and must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before being relied upon, filed with a court, or sent to any third party. Claimi does not communicate independently with debtors and does not file documents with any court on its own.

4. Eligibility & Early Access

The Service is currently offered on an invitation and private-beta basis to law firms and their authorized personnel. Features, availability, and pricing may change without notice during this period. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your firm to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; uploading unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party material without authorization; using the Service to violate any applicable law, including the FDCPA or equivalent state debt-collection statutes; or interfering with the Service's normal operation.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the case data, documents, and other content your firm submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Claimi a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Claimi and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to Claimi's trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Claimi does not guarantee any particular collection outcome, recovery rate, or timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claimi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Claimi may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a signed agreement between you and Claimi.
